Event Organizers reserve the right to change competitions due to weather.

A Note from Our President:

This outing has sold out each of the last 6 years and we have already received many inquiries about the 2025 golf outing. Shawnee does have a limit to the number of guests the Shawnee Inn can accommodate so this year we will honor reservations based on the receipt of deposits and on a first come, first served basis. There will be no deposit refunds if you cancel on or after 3/29/2025. If you are worried about rooming with someone you can request a single occupancy room at an additional fee.
