TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON RENTAL
The renter, named in this application,agrees to the terms and conditions listed below for the use of the clubhouse.Renter please sign in the place provided to acknowledge that you have read and understood the information contained therein. Any infraction of these terms will result in forfieture of your security deposit.
GENERAL RULES OF USE:
- 1. Renter must be minimum of 21 (twenty one) years of age
- 2. Cancellation of event: One (1) month or less prior to event will result in loss of all monies submitted including deposit.
- 3. Person or persons listed on the application must be in attendance at the function at all times and responsible for all damages and infractions of agreement. Payment of these fees and security must be paid by person on application.
- 4. Function must end by 10:59pm. You must be out by midnight. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit.
- 5. Alcohol may be served but NOT SOLD during event.
- 6. No pets allowed.
- 7. No smoking allowed
- 8. Kitchen must be used ONLY for WARMING. No cooking allowed in the kitchen.
- 9. All garbage must be removed. Leftover food and beverages are to be removed from club. All garbage must be in tied up in bags and placed in the correct container glass, cardboard go in the GREEN DUMPSTER outside
- 10. Decorations may be used but ONLY applied with masking tape . Use of tacks , transparent tape or any other tape is prohibited. All decorations must be removed before leaving. If any violations found upon leaving monies will be deducted from security deposit.
- 11. No glitter, confetti LOST DEPOSIT OF $200.00
- 12. Damage to any part of facility including furnishings will result in the immediate forfeiture of entire security deposit.
- 13. If your activity does not match your application the Adams AC has the right to shut it down without refunds.
- 14. IF FIRE ALARM SUPRESSION SYSTEM IS FALSLEY ACTIVATED A FINE OF UP TO $1000.00 WILL BE INCURRED FOR THE COST OF CLEAN-UP.
- 15. Outside trash a mess $50.00 FINE.

YOU CAN THEN PAY IN FULL FOR THE PARTY VIA OUR WEBSITE.
AFTER YOU PAY IN FULL , THEN YOUR BOOKING WILL BE APPROVED.
IF YOU DONT PAY IN FULL ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT, THEN YOUR BOOKING WILL BE TERMINATED AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
INDEMNIFACATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By submitting this booking, youa gree to personaly indemnify and hold harmless,Adams Athletic Club, its officers, directors, committee members, agents and attorneys from and against all liability’s loss, damages,injuries,cost claims, loss of damages of personal property, included but not limited to all attorney fees suffered or incurred as a results of the renters, their guest or invitees use, misuses or negligent or criminal use of the clubhouse or adjoining premises: including, but not limited to, all damages to persons or property. This specifically includes all liability, loses,damages,ect.resulting from the service and/or use or presence of alcoholic beverages by the renter.
By submitting this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, and understood and will comply with all terms and conditions as set forth in this rental agreement. Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions of this agreement will result in the forfeiture of, but not limited to the $200.00 security deposit, suspension of the clubhouse rental privileges.
